Ceramic Tile Murals
Inspired by the cosmos, natural world and interconnectedness, each mural is composed for its space.
Every mural starts the same way: with my existing body of work. I compose the artwork for your space, its light, architecture and the people in it, so that the finished piece belongs nowhere else. Walls, steps, kitchen islands, bar fronts, reception desks and public spaces can all be tiled.
How it is then made is a choice we make together. Every mural I design can be produced in one of two ways.

Each original artwork begins as a sketch, hand-drawn and glazed in the studio.
Original Murals
Hand-glazed in my Sheffield studio, tile by tile. Each Original Mural is unique. The depth, vibrancy and variation of the glaze is of the highest quality and cannot be repeated. For interiors - kitchens, fireplaces, hallways, reception spaces - and for people who want their mural made by hand. We work alongside you from design through to installation. Editions
My artwork, printed onto tile. Editions are numbered and signed, made from durable, hard wearing porcelain. They are both for indoors and outdoors, for larger walls, multiple sites and shorter timelines: a courtyard, a kitchen, restaurant or a public square.Original Murals typically complete from £9,500. Editions from around £5,500, depending on scale. Installation is quoted separately once we know the site.
Both carry my signature fired into the tile.

How a commission works
Design
Every commission begins with a design fee. This is scale dependent, starting at £1,500 for a typical residential project and from £2,500 for commerical walls. Drawing on my existing body of work, I compose the mural for your wall: which artwork, at what scale and how it meets the architecture. Where a project calls for an entirely new artwork, that’s a larger design stage quoted separately.Route
With the design in front of us, we choose between an Original Mural and an Edition. Interiors can be either. Outdoor walls, steps, larger sites and multiple locations are usually Editions. You don’t need to decide this before we begin.Standard tile sizes are available for both Original Murals and Editions (10x10cm and 15x15cm).
Larger tiles are available for Editions (20x20cm, 30x30cm and 60x60cm in a gloss, matt and anti-slip finish).
Make
Originals are hand-glazed and fired in the studio over 8-12 weeks. Editions are produced over 6-8 weeks. Both can be installed by me and a tiler I work with and finished with my signature tile‘The Evernows’ mural visualisation from hand-glazed artwork by Charlotte Fuller.
Commission a mural
I’m taking a limited number of Original Mural commissions for spring 2027 installation; Edition slots have more flexibility.
